The Righteousness of God, My Daily Walk

As I was praying for Holy Spirit to teach me a better way to change my negative thoughts into obedience to the Word of God, and to remind me of everything Jesus says, as Jesus promised He will do, He taught me to start building on the truths in God’s Word, the Bible. I really do believe — not only saying “I believe the Bible.”

God is LOVE. Nobody will ever be able to describe God. But at least let me try to give a little glimpse of some of the characteristics of God. The core characteristic of God will always be LOVE. His substance is LOVE. His innermost, deepest place in Him is LOVE for the human race.

LOVE was crucified on the Cross, LOVE died at the Cross, LOVE went to hell to pay for all sin, iniquity, disease, struggle, lack, poverty, fear for safety and lust — yes, all problems of all humans ever born on this earth, which have been forgiven and paid for by God through Jesus Christ. It is LOVE who couldn’t rise from the dead before ALL sin, disease and challenges were paid in full.

Look and see Who He IS. See Him who died on the Cross, see His finished work. Look at LOVE who made it possible for the human race to live in all areas of life successfully. This will come if we are willing to accept His precious gift of salvation and then willing to be obedient to His Word. Whether we accept or reject His Word, He will in any case love us unconditionally, because LOVE is who He is.

God installed all natural and spiritual laws

God has created laws, and if we learn how to co-operate with and enforce these laws, we will see God’s provision manifest.

All natural laws are installed by God for a clear purpose. In the natural realm you will get hurt if you violate natural laws like gravity or electricity, or our country’s laws. These laws are constant and universal.

Gravity cannot only operate in South Africa and not in other countries. It is consistent for every human being on this earth. Will gravity feel sorry for a baby and prevent the baby from falling because the baby doesn’t know? Electricity has been around for the ages, in lightning and static electricity. Will electricity feel sorry for us when we touch live wires? Just because man didn’t discover it until about a hundred years back doesn’t mean that it didn’t exist. If you are grounded and you grab a live wire, it will kill you. Electricity is not personal when it kills somebody. That somebody didn’t adhere to the laws of electricity and therefore he got hurt or killed.

Sowing and reaping is the same. All seeds will grow under the right conditions; maize will produce maize, khaki weed will produce khaki weed, and the seed of man will bring forth a baby. This is a natural law, installed by God for helping mankind. Our ignorance of these laws is keeping us from benefiting from them. God cannot override His own natural laws; they are fixed forever.

But all spiritual laws are also installed by God for a clear purpose. Spiritual laws are so much more secure and sure than natural laws. There are many spiritual laws, guidelines and prescriptions which God installed to protect the human being. Some writers say there are up to 1,050 laws, guidelines or commandments in the New Testament alone. We need to dig for them, live them, and miracles will start flowing in all aspects of life.

These spiritual laws are written in the Bible: sanctification of the spirit, soul and body; sowing and reaping; giving and receiving; and to love your God with your whole heart and your neighbour as yourself. (John 15:12; Matthew 22:36–40)

These spiritual rules are made exactly to be followed. If you don’t follow them precisely — as with the natural law of gravity — you will get hurt, or what you sow you will reap. Again, it’s our choice, not God’s choice.

“Thou hast magnified Thy Word above all Thy Name.” (Psalm 138:2) “God upholds all things by the Word of His power.” (Hebrews 1:3) The integrity of God’s Word is what makes the universe exist and hold together. God will not violate what He has said. So when He told Adam and Eve that they have dominion — the power and authority on this earth, to rule and subdue it — He meant exactly that and would never take those words back.

Either we co-operate with God’s spiritual laws to our advantage as He intended, or these laws will lead to our own self-destruction when not adhered to.

The umbrella of protection is to walk in His commandments

God cannot override His own laws — then God is not God any more. But spiritual laws are much bigger and more powerful than natural laws, because they function in the realm of God Himself.

The moment that we receive the Lord Jesus Christ as our Lord and Saviour, He gives back to us all His power and authority that belonged to Adam and Eve — which they willingly gave to Satan — to be able to use His power and to live and reign successfully on this earth. “Go and heal the sick, cleanse the leper, cast out devils and raise the dead.” (Matthew 10:8)

Love your God, your neighbour and yourself

The biggest secret of all is walking in God’s Love and then loving Him back. By loving God with every breath you are taking and with your whole life, you open the doors to live in safety, peace, health and victory in all areas of life.

You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your mind. This is the first and the great commandment. And the second is like it: you shall love your neighbour as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets. Matthew 22:36–40

“A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, as I have loved you. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.” (John 15:12; 13:34–35)

Love yourself and your neighbour equally. You can be separated from yourself through self-hatred, self-rejection, self-condemnation, self-accusation, self-disapproval, guilt, shame, poor self-image or low self-esteem. A tremendous number of diseases, in epidemic proportions worldwide, have been traced back to self-hatred and low self-esteem in a person’s thought life. Many wish they were not here on this earth and they believe they are not worthy to be loved by God or anybody else.

How can you not love yourself as God loves you? God spared nothing for you. His love for you is so great that He gave His only beloved Son to shed His blood at the Cross of Calvary and die. He went to hell to pay all your debts, diseases, poverty, lack and unhappiness forever. (John 3:16)

Do you have a healthy self-esteem based on the knowledge of who you are in Christ? Developing a healthy self-esteem starts with knowing who you are in Christ, placing your identity and sense of self-worth in Him, and learning to see yourself as God sees you.

When you do not love yourself and you are tormented by un-forgiveness and disease, will you be able to love your neighbour? No. But if you love yourself and live in victory, then you will be able to take care of yourself as well as your neighbour.

You have to know God’s Word

This Book of the law shall not depart out of your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night that you may observe and do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will deal wisely and have good success. Joshua 1:8

“My son, attend to My Words, consent and submit to My sayings. Let them not depart from your sight, keep them in the centre of your heart. For they are life to those who find them, healing and health to all their flesh.” (Proverbs 4:20–22)

What these scriptures are saying is that we need to study and meditate on God’s Word. We need to obey His Word if we want to live a victorious life in this world through Jesus Christ. The Scriptures contain the most vital information for a safe, blessed, successful and prosperous life.

Our carnal nature is to be lazy — lazy not to renew the mind — and that’s why we are not safe, successful or enjoying good health and victory over our circumstances.

Give and you will receive

This spiritual law is very strong — it always works.

Jesus says: “Therefore whatever things you want that men should do to you, thus do you also to them: for this is the law and the prophets.” (Matthew 7:12)

What does this tell me? That whatever I do to somebody else, THIS will be done to me. I do it to myself, because I’m sowing in my own soil. I GIVE and I receive — good as well as evil.

When I do something good to someone else, when I give something, think something good, desire good for someone, then I am radiating good outward from myself, and I attract good to myself. I’m creating a vacuum for God’s good to flow into my life. Remember, the whole world is filled with the glory of God.

Same with bad things. Thinking bad thoughts and saying bad words and doing bad things to people is sowing bad things in my own soil. I’m giving bad things — thoughts, motives, attitudes, words or deeds — and I will receive the same.

Give, and it will be given unto you. Release something; give with joy.

Remember, you can take nothing with you after death. You can’t take money, you can’t take status, you can’t take education — nothing. You can’t receive anything in a closed hand.

The law of sowing and reaping

Whatever you are radiating outward in your thoughts, feelings, attitudes, motives, imaginations, words, and your unconditional giving, are the things YOU attract to yourself and to your life and to your circumstances. You need to GIVE, for you to be able to receive. You need to sow, to be able to reap. (Mark 4:26)

It works with anything. Instead of suffering because of my negative believing that I am poor and living in lack, I must DO something about it; I must start changing my thoughts and start giving to be able to start receiving.

Not giving at random, here something or there something, but purposeful giving, like purposeful sowing, with the expectation of reaping.

I know that God is my very rich Father, and I am His heir — everything He has is mine, by birthright. “For all things are yours.” (1 Corinthians 3:21)

When I’m talking about “rich” I don’t mean rich in money and possessions only. Prosperity is not only about money. Abundance is not only money — abundance in love, in peace, in compassion, granting others all goodness and plenty.

Jesus says: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness and all these things shall be added unto you.” (Matthew 6:33)

Many of us are already in the kingdom of God, living under His reign, but very few know about His righteousness.

The righteousness of God is the Nature of God; all that is RIGHT. Everything I want for myself, I have to do to others. I must GIVE — good and loving thoughts, abundance and prosperity and blessings to ALL people, always.

Don’t badmouth someone, don’t be stingy towards someone, don’t wish something bad on someone. Don’t take revenge. Forgive and release everybody. Bless people.

Don’t delight yourself in another’s suffering or pain. Don’t ever feel glad because someone gets what’s coming to him — not even in your deepest heart, not ever. Your heart is the seat of your believing, and your believing of such bad things will produce the same for you. Forgive, for your own good. “Bless and curse not.”

What does God desire for people? “Life and abundance.” (John 10:10) I have to desire the same for them, to attract the same good things to myself. God’s thoughts and desires for all people — as well as for me — are only good. My thoughts and desires for all people must also be only good, for myself too.

By bitter experience you have already found — as I did — that this spiritual law also works in the opposite: sow thorns and you reap thorns. What you did not know, however, is that these bad thoughts of suffering, wrath, revenge, poverty, pain, stinginess and sickness are the cause of all your failures through the past years. You do know it now, so confess to God, ask His forgiveness — He will forgive. (1 John 1:9) Then YOU start forgiving yourself as well as every other person, FREE them in your heart, and start living abundance.

Of course, you need to give with joy. If you give some clothes to your sister, you don’t long to have them back when you need them. You have to release it.

Release your husband; release your children, for God’s good Spirit to work in and for them and for yourself. Release your money, your possessions, your lack, your thoughts, your revenge, your criticising, your impatience — whatever.

“Release and you shall be released.” (Luke 6:37) It works if you DO it.

Everything that bothers you — to be bothered is negative belief — GIVE it to God. Like sickness: give it to God and start praising Him for it, for He already took all sicknesses on Himself. I keep it only because of my belief, which is my thoughts. “As a person thinks in his heart, so IS he.” (Proverbs 23:7)

And don’t take it back by being regretful that you gave something to another. Release it with all your heart.

When you give the sickness to Jesus, you create a vacuum for God’s good Spirit to move into your circumstances.

Perhaps you came into some debt — of course by your own mistake — and now you don’t know how to get out of it; you suffer. GIVE it to Jesus. Release it; also release the people and circumstances that led to it. If it is only your own fault, ask forgiveness, and forgive yourself. If it is your husband or somebody else, forgive him unconditionally, release him and bless him from your heart, till you are full of joy — and start praising God for the whole matter.

And watch out that you don’t come into debt again — debt kills many marriages and even many people. The problem is not the real problem; your handling of the problem, your attitude towards it, is the real problem, for this is your believing of the problem. Always remember: your circumstances need not be changed, your believing of it has to be changed.

Don’t BIND your children by your negative words and belief — that they are not saved, that they are naughty, going to hell, rebellious, stubborn, lazy, slow learners, poor, whatever. GIVE them to God, release them with joy — I mean for real. And praise God for your children, and don’t ever stop. (Matthew 18:18)

The Bible says: “We KNOW that God works all things together for good for them that love God, those who are called according to His purpose.” (Romans 8:28) Also this thing with which you are battling now.

Tomorrow you don’t think again: “My poor child, look at the way he suffers.” GIVE him to God with joyfulness. “God loves a cheerful giver.” And God loves your child far more than you could ever think.

Then you KNOW that every vacuum is filled, so you expect God’s good to come into your child’s life. God already gave everything to your child in Christ. The Spirit of God is always everywhere, just waiting for a chance to do all good things for your child as well as for yourself. You only need to believe and to GIVE your child and your own circumstances to God.

Start practising it. Give something to somebody. Start expecting God’s good in your life; it will happen, if you give joyfully. By giving you create a tunnel for the good of God to come back into your life.

An example

In our town there is a man who abused his good Christian wife. He abused her spiritually and he cursed her God, he broke her financially and he was negative in everything — at last he threatened to shoot her. He burned all of her Christian books and tapes.

I was very negative about him; I detested him. I don’t know how to describe my negative feelings for him, although I had never met him. Then Holy Spirit taught me about the negative power and destruction of negative thoughts: whatever I do or think about others, I will reap for myself. Bless, and don’t curse.

So I asked God’s forgiveness, and I started to release the man, to bless him, to prosper him in my thoughts and words. I started desiring for him all the best of God’s righteousness. Not even two weeks later, he went to church and repented. An impossible work and miracle in a man’s heart. Praise Jesus!

At the same time people all but stopped phoning and writing for books, and I could not understand why people were no longer interested. I distribute Christian books free of charge, to thousands of people all over the country. When Holy Spirit opened my eyes, I repented of my bad feelings for the man, God forgave me, and slowly the orders for books started to rise again.

I closed the door with my own negative attitude. Without even giving it one thought, one can fall into this trap and hurt yourself, or your ministry.

“Cast your bread on the water, and after many days it will come back to you.” “Casting all your anxiety upon Him, because He cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7) Cast it on Him. Release it.

This is an inside life. You can’t cheat with one cent — even if it’s the government — and expect God’s blessings. If you are dishonest in one cent, you ARE dishonest. By dishonesty you keep God’s blessings from yourself.

You can’t have an affair — even if it’s deep in your heart, where nobody knows about it but yourself — and think that it won’t have an effect on your life. You will PAY. You don’t know why your finances, your health, your social life and more are failing, and you never even think to blame your affair, and you won’t admit it either.

Look at Matthew 6:33: “Seek ye first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and ALL these things shall be added unto thee.” Seek unrighteousness in the least, and ALL these things shall be taken from you.

If you don’t GIVE cheerfully to God and His work, you’ll pay with something else. You WILL pay. Start giving, for your own good.

Same with tithing. By this time we know that we are no longer under the Law of Tithing as in the Old Testament, but we ARE under the Law of Sowing and Reaping. If you get ten bags of wheat to live by for the rest of your life, and you use and eat all of it, you won’t have any food for next year. If you immediately take one bag of wheat and sow it, you will have enough food for next year, and for every year to come, as long as you are sowing.

Everything you have, you have from God. You belong to God with everything you have — your money also.

We always thought it had only to do with money, but it has to do with everything: money, thoughts, deeds, food, clothes, attitudes, motives — everything — and it works.

Remember: ALL good things you do to another, in thoughts, deeds, and everything else, is gain and prosperity to your own life.

All forgiveness with which you forgive others, all release with which you release others, influences every aspect of YOUR life. It influences your finances, health, peace, your work, everything.

You don’t even give a thought to some good things you do for others, but Jesus says: “Your Father who sees in secret will recompense you publicly.” (Matthew 6:18)

Even so, all evil and wrong you do to others — think, talk or do — harms your own life and circumstances. All unforgiveness, hate, revenge, desire of revenge, influences your own life; it binds you. It causes sickness in your body (Matthew 18:34), things go wrong with your work or finances, or with your peace.

You presume that nobody even knows about it, but with time it will be clear to all — if you don’t confess and repent of your wrong attitudes. “A city on a mountain cannot be hidden.” “All things are naked and laid open before the eyes of Him with whom we have to do.” (Hebrews 4:13)

Holy Spirit within you knows everything — of course. From before the foundation of the earth, all in the past, all in the future, and all in the NOW: your thoughts, your motives, your schemes, the deepest feelings and your secret thoughts.

This is the righteousness of God.

It is a very thin line. Make time, every day, to purposefully forgive. Ask Holy Spirit to show you if there is anyone against whom you have anything, and forgive. You can’t afford not to forgive. Forgive yourself also. Every time a thought against yourself or someone else comes to you, forgive, and release. And confess. You can’t hide something from God.

Never in my whole life have I worked so much on myself as in the past few months.

We are accustomed to make some criticising remark about someone, even on TV, and it never bothers us. Negative remarks are what you DO to others by thinking or saying, so THIS is what you DO to yourself. This is what you are sowing in your own soil. This is what radiates outward from you, so this is what you attract to yourself — of course, with interest. Bless everybody. Bless and don’t curse. For your own good.

“As a person thinks in his heart, SO is he.” (Proverbs 23:7) Whatever you think of another, you think of yourself.

Read Romans 2:1: “Wherefore you are without excuse, O man, you that judge; for wherein you judge the other, you condemn yourself; for you that judge do practise the same things.” This is a mirror to see yourself.

Don’t criticise. Don’t look down on others — you harm yourself.

Release, and you will be released.

All the good you desire for yourself, you must do to others.

I know it’s a tough order. Though, it’s the truth. The righteousness of God — without any prejudice, unconditionally, and always. Not only for some time.

THIS is all you can take with you, after death.

All the years we thought sins were the big issues like murder, theft, adultery, and if we stopped these we were “right”. But it is the little foxes that do the harm. Thoughts, motives, attitudes. This is where we have to change.

It has not only to do with money; hot-tempered, rude, sulky, catty — all are against prosperity.

Change yourself, change your thoughts and with that change your believing. The circumstances will then change also. It is these small, common, daily thoughts that we think in our hearts which are accountable for our successes or our failures.

Remember, as you think, so you are. Your thinking, the thoughts of your heart, is your believing. Your attitude to someone else determines what you reap in your own life.

“If it is that important to you”

This morning, as I was talking to God, His words to Isaiah came to me: “Come, let us reason together.” To reason together means I am talking to Him, and He talks to me.

Then I started to mention some things to God, and I asked Him: “So, Father, what are You saying about that?” Immediately I remembered the day, some seven or eight years ago, with the tennis match between Edberg and Boris Becker.

I wrote about it in one of my books. That day I prayed with all my heart for Edberg to win the match. At that stage both had two sets, and Becker was four–love ahead in the final set, and I was in a state.

I said to God: “Lord, I don’t think it matters to you which one wins, but please, let Edberg win.” God answered me: “If it is that important to you, YOU do something about it.” Crestfallen, I answered: “Lord, whatever can I do?” God answered: “Tell Edberg to win.”

With great urgency I jumped up and started shouting to Edberg: “Edberg, you are winning! In the Name of Jesus you are winning!” I really gave it to him. Immediately Edberg started gaining on Becker. I just kept at it till Edberg overtook him and won the game.

To say I was startled is putting it very mildly — especially because I’m not even interested in sport. But what a lesson, directly from Holy Spirit.

This is what God said to me; therefore this is also the words of God, precisely as the Bible is the words of God. The same God who spoke to the prophets also spoke to me. Jesus says: “Heaven and earth shall pass away, but My words will never pass away, for eternity.”

The only condition was — and is — “if it is that important to you.”

It won’t help to say it half-heartedly. You have to command. It works when it is important to you. There is no chance for it not to happen, if you really mean it. In the spirit realm everything is there for us. It’s like a broad flowing river. I choose to jump into it, or to scoop up some water, or just to look on. It IS there for me.

Jesus says: “If you have faith as a grain of mustard seed, you shall say to this mountain: remove hence to yonder; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible to you.” The mountain shall obey you. (Matthew 17:20)

That day I told the mountain — berg — Edberg, from Middelburg, South Africa, on TV, to win, and he did obey my words and win. We are creating with every word coming out of our mouths. “If it is that important to YOU.”

Let’s talk about money

This is something most Christians try to sidestep in their thoughts. Most have the idea that money is evil, and that it is godlier to be poor.

Where did they get that?

They say: “Yes, but Jesus says it’s easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God.” (Matthew 19)

Let’s see what Jesus really said: “How hard it is for a rich man who trusts in his riches to enter the kingdom of God.” (Mark 10:24)

It is not because of his richness, but because he trusts in his riches to enter in. His possessions are not the problem, but his trusting in his possessions is the problem.

“Yes, but Jesus says we must not gather treasures on earth.” (Matthew 6:19) This is not all He says; He also says we must gather treasures in heaven. What gain is it to have treasures on earth and nothing in heaven? The treasures on earth are not the problem; the lack of treasures in heaven is the problem.

“Yes, but Jesus says we must not worship Mammon.” Of course Jesus says that. Anything one worships — if it is not Jesus Christ — is sin: money, sport, your own body, your car, whatever you worship outside of Jesus Christ is sin. However, it is not the money, the sport, the car or exercising your body that is sin; it is to worship it and to make an idol of it. That is sin.

Enjoy your money but don’t worship it.

“Yes, but Jesus was so poor He had not even a place to lay His head.”

Jesus had no need of a house or a palace, for He has houses and palaces one can’t even imagine. He did not come to earth to decree for Himself an earthly kingdom. He could take one loaf of bread and multiply it to feed the whole world — would you call that poor?

Let’s see WHY He was so poor: “For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ: although He was RICH, He became poor for our sake, that we by His poverty might become rich.” (2 Corinthians 8:9)

Jesus became SIN that we might become righteousness. (2 Corinthians 5:21) Jesus carried our sicknesses for us to be healed. (1 Peter 2:24) Jesus became poor, in order for us to become rich. (2 Corinthians 8:9)

Jesus came to rectify everything that went wrong with the fall of Adam: sin, sickness, poverty.

All agree about the sin part; few agree about the sickness part, and this is the reason why we don’t see many healings. But when it comes to the poverty part, the goal posts are shifted out of sight. This is why most of God’s children are living in lack.

“Yes, but the Bible says money is the root of all evil.”

The Bible says no such thing. The Bible says the LOVE of money is the root of all evil. (1 Timothy 6:10) One can be a billionaire without loving money, and one can have only fifty rand and LOVE money.

The love of money, covetousness, is idolatry. (Ephesians 5:5) This is to worship Mammon; to have money is not to worship money.

You must remember God. Remember that it is He who gives you power to get rich; that is why you use your money to do only GOOD. You GIVE as much as possible and you receive more, to be able to give more. It is grace to give with cheerfulness. Just try to out-give God. (Deuteronomy 8:18)

Now we have this rich, loving Father; all things belong to Him, the cattle on a thousand hills — as well as the thousand hills underneath the cattle’s feet — everything in heaven and on earth, all treasures. And we are His heirs. So it all belongs to us. (1 Corinthians 3:21)

The father of the prodigal son said to the eldest brother: “Everything I have is yours.” (Luke 15:31) It was not the father’s fault that he never took a lamb to eat with his friends.

When will we come into our heritage? “One day in heaven”? Why would we need riches one day in heaven? The streets of the City will be of gold. We won’t need money there.

If you know some millionaire whose children live in poverty and lack, you won’t think much of him as a father. You will think of him as a miser. He will have a bad name.

Now, what about God, our Father? He is the richest, but His children live in lack and they don’t think about it that it is a shame on God’s Name. He came for us to have life and abundance; we need not be poor.

Well, why don’t we have it?

Because we believe that money and possessions are evil. Our attitude and our thoughts about money are all wrong. People think and believe that to have money and prosperity is wrong, that richness is wrong. They radiate outward from themselves wrong thoughts, so they reap whatever they believe — nothing. Poverty.

Remember, when you reckon something to be wrong, it IS wrong for YOU — not because it really is wrong, but because of your reckoning, and your believing. (Romans 14:14)

They say money really doesn’t count for much, while they work the flesh off their bones to earn more money. They say money is a necessary evil, and it’s these thoughts and words against money, radiating from them, which ensure that they don’t have money.

How could money be evil if Jesus became poor in order for us to be RICH?

In Christ God gave us everything: life, abundance, prosperity. But we believe it away from us. We are jealous of rich people; we slander them, in order for us to be self-righteous about our own poverty. And every wrong thought about any person, including the rich man, grows in our own soil. We reap poverty because of our wrong thoughts.

Start to bless people, desire the best of God for every person, desire for them riches, desire for them the righteousness of God. God wants all people to have abundance.

As soon as you start purposefully to think good thoughts of prosperity to all people — by thoughts, attitudes, motives, true care, and true giving — your blessings will start flowing back to your life and you will start reaping abundance and prosperity.

Think purposeful GOOD thoughts about yourself as well as for all people, even for the government, and you will attract it to yourself. Think poverty, bankruptcy and other wrong things about yourself, others and the government, and THESE will be attracted to you.

Remember, the mountain will obey you, whether you say positive or negative words.

Start today to forgive every person — also the rich — as well as yourself; ask God’s forgiveness, repent from a life of poverty, and start living abundance. (John 10:10)

Poverty causes theft, famine, sickness, killings and much wrong. These are evils. God is not honoured by poverty.

Remember, this has nothing to do with being saved. You are saved by rebirth. This whole issue is to seek the righteousness of God for His children here on earth; to live to His glory, spirit, soul and body.

We are living in a culture where people believe in receiving instead of giving. Every day we hear that rich people must give to poor people, rich nations must give to poor nations. People think they will become rich by receiving. This is not so.

The Bible is truth. When it says GIVE and you will receive, it says it to every person on earth — not only to the rich. In order to reap, you first have to sow.

Why are rich people rich? Why are rich nations rich? They are rich because they work and GIVE.

Why are poor nations poor? They are poor because they want to receive without working or giving.

Why are poor people poor? Because their thinking and believing as far as money is concerned is wrong. We need to stop blaming the rich people and nations, because you and I are only programmed to be what we are. Start doing the Bible by living His Word, being in obedience to His spiritual laws, and then be able to live in His victory. Start thinking, speaking and living abundance to the glory of God.

The Bible and its spiritual laws affect ALL people and ALL nations, rich as well as poor and no matter what culture. Our moment-for-moment choices, twenty-four seven, doing or ignoring these spiritual laws, determine the outcome of our future — good or bad.
